Mindful Meditation

You’ll gain the tools to build and sustain a daily practice catered to you and gain a deeper understanding of the wisdom you connect to during the meditation. Experienced in Mindfulness Meditation, gratitude and compassion practices, The Cranky Coach will help you hone in on the practice that’s right for you. Trained to teach Mindfulness and Loving Kindness, these two practices will set you on the path for self-awareness, calm and an open heart.

Work with Coach B to gain control of stress and overwhelm with stress management techniques. You’ll learn to manage the thoughts and emotions that fuel stress and learn strategies to:

  • Develop coping resources and and build inner resilience

Reiki Healing

Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner’s hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. You will not feel any pressure. Additional, placements on the limbs can be done as needed.

The experience is subjective, changeable and sometimes very subtle. People often feel heat in the practitioner’s hands, but sometimes the practitioner’s hands feel refreshingly cool. Other common experience are subtle pulsations where the practitioner’s hands are placed or cascading waves of pulsations throughout the body.
